This property includes two-thirds of a mile of the Arkansas River located just west of Cotopaxi, CO. Access to this property requires a four-wheel drive vehicle as driving will include driving down a dirt road and part of a sandy washout area. This stretch of the Arkansas provides a fantastic opportunity for both fly and spin fishing with a typical catch being 12” to 16” brown and rainbow trout. A vehicle with 4WD is required to access the parking area. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed.
